Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@mindshut.eu if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you, including covering return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or worn. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-day cooling off period

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are located in the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
