Where We Ship

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.


Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Once dispatched from our warehouse in Hilchenbach, Germany, estimated delivery times are:

Germany: 2–3 business days
Austria: 3–5 business days
Belgium: 3–5 business days
Netherlands: 3–5 business days
Denmark: 3–5 business days
Sweden: 3–8 business days
Finland: 3–8 business days

Deliveries may often arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at hello@mindshut.eu.


Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Mindshut is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at hello@mindshut.eu and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
